Hard Times for Creating Hard Times for Me --  One
 Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson

[ 1 ]  -- Political, Social & Economic isolation, discrimination & harassment created by the federal government since 2008.
[ a ] I have NOT traveled to New York, Manhattan & Brooklyn since the year 2000 or 2001.
[ b ] – I have been effectively trapped in short-term, low – paying Jobs since  2006.
[ c ]   --  I have had tremendous difficulty launching my corporate interests & getting financial support for my vital corporate interests, some of which are crucial to national business security – especially for Black businesses.
[ d ] – I spent $27,000.00 [ a loan from my sister, after She settled on a house in the District of Columbia ];  $10,000.00 [ a payed – out 401K from News America Corporation / and / or TV Guide Magazine where I worked for 13 years ]; $45,000.00 [ a settlement from a house I was living in in West Philadelphia at 4635 Sansom Street that I sold to but a new property in Delaware.];  &             $ 50,000.00 [ a settlement from my father while He was still alive after the settle of one of His houses ( 4713 Hazel A venue ) .] Three separate payments for house settlements or 401K’s. After I received all this money I failed to pay down on my debts – highly unlikely.  I am and remain very suspicious of the banking and financial industry in the former United States [ Now known as Turtle Island by progressives, Native Americans & Revolutionaries who want to see fairness, decency and economic fairness  brought to our country. Turtle Island is what the Native Americans, formerly forced to live on desolate reservations, call our country of North America. ] I know I should have been able to spend these sums on personal credit debts, student loans, and other bills that still haunt me. I can vouch for about $17,000.00 that I spent for a vacation for myself and my then male lover Larry Davis; and for a reception for Mr. Davis and myself, but the rest is mostly ``missing or unaccounted for .‘’ While I did have a large amount of money for the settlement of the property in Delaware [ New Castle ] 214 Southwyk Road, of  about $78,000.00  --  that still does not account for all this money being spent without paying down my $40,000.00 plus personal documented debt.
[ e ] – I had a lovely home in New Castle, Delaware the 214 Southwyk Road property, foreclosed on by Chase Manhattan & I lost $80,000.00  -- my life’s savings.  My mortgage company projected my income to go up in Delaware to about $40,000.00 a year, so He could justify the mortgage. The mortgage company was  Salduchie Mortgage Phone 267 – 444 -- 6528.  This was part of the massive mortgage crisis that impacted many People during the middle 2000’s.
[ f ] – I have been unable to place myself in a position to teach Young Black men lessons on good manners, Black history, etiquette, city politics, HOW to avoid police brutality, self-respect, self-esteem, etc. , even though I have written Black churches; put it on the Net requesting funds from Black celebrities & spoken  to friends & community leaders about the importance of this proposed work. I do send out e-mails and outreach to young Black men, but often they are unaware of my skill level and How important these issues are for getting a foothold in the corporate sector and / or starting a business or corporation for themselves and / or their families.
[ g ] --  I am on disability, but have wanted to work for decades and am highly qualified, skilled and highly functional regardless of the disability. I have a great many skills, but have only gotten part-time work making minimum wage.   (I received $7.25 an hour working for the Mayor’s Commission on Aging – the Host company was Girls & Boys Clubs at 35th and Haverford Avenue -- this is obvious discrimination considering an experienced Public Relations person [ WHITE ] would be making about $80,000.00 a year. My disability income is just around $12,500.00 a year and I am 62 years old with a multitude of experience from my own corporation.
[ h ] I have been discriminated against & marginalized so as to curb and control my potential high level of success.
[ I ] – A host of creative ideas & business ideas have been lifted from me by the following people:
[  1  ] --  Mr. Kevin Taylor a Pastor at Unity Fellowship Christ Church Newark, New Jersey.
[  2  ]  --   The stars, creators, producers & executive producers of the Television series EMPIRE.
[  3  ]  --   Three computers have been stolen from me that were full of original works of non-fiction and fiction writing , original ideas & original poems for which I did not & do not have the MONEY to copyright, and never received adequate financial compensation…
[  4   ]   --  I gave verbal and possibly written approval to Oprah Winfrey to publish my recent manuscript Tracks to Truth, but never heard anything from her staff, officially. The manuscript was sent to the Association of Black Homeschoolers; famed and respected writer / activist Alice Walker; & my family & friends.  I asked for attribution, but didn’t ask for any Royalties, because it is an officially unpublished work and I have only self-published at this point, as far as I know.
(I have a book that was published on www.LuLu.Com, `` Let the Children Gather,’’ which sells for $10.00 a copy. A gentleman from Arhch Street United Methodist Church agreed to take a copy, but never paid for it. I can get you His name, if you need it. [  j  ]  --  I have NOT fully experienced physical intimacy with another man in over two years & have been marginalized& pigeon-holed into believing I cannot have a rewarding, LOVing, kind, respectful, sharing & economically stable relationship with another Black man.  I will never accept this.
[  k  ]   --  I sent the free library of Philadelphia a letter asking for a billion dollars for putting lunch counters in the community libraries and doing major renovations for the library system.  I was told by the free library’s main branch that they received a $25,000,000.00  {  $ Twenty-Five Million Dollar } William Penn Foundation grant three years after I wrote my letter. { It may have taken three years to do the research for the grant}. When I asked an official library administrator if they could trace their grant back to my letter, they claimed there was a rather convoluted process for getting grants that was untraceable.  Having the grant’s reception as part of my official record as an activist, Black community organizer & a Black philanthropist, would get me many paying clients who will pay well for my services. The Free Library has been uncooperative, at this juncture.
[L] I have also come to discover that a business idea I have been developing for several years has been confiscated, and is about to be developed by magic Johnson or another major financial entity.  It is for a network of stores called Socks N’ Jocks, which provides a festive atmosphere for the sales of safe sex videos, condoms, and men’s underwear, jock straps, socks and tee-shirts. I have proposed there be rap music ( without cursing); men and women friendly atmosphere; straight and gay friendly.  Black Youth friendly. The stores are also designed to help curb the high rates of HIV in inner cities like Philadelphia and Atlanta. I am asking Mr. Magic Johnson for a $10 Million Dollar settlement if He wants to accept this international project.  I am willing to act as a consultant to keep  fresh business ideas flowing into the project at no extra cost. I would like 10 % of the profits, after the first three stores are established and profitable.  I want this particular matter handled out of court, as I do not wish to embarrass Mr. Magic Johnson’s Corporations or cause bad media or bad press.
Background:

I am a college-educated { The Ohio State University} –  BS in Journalism & Public Relations minoring in Black Studies [ August of 1978 ]. I have successfully taken free Workshops in Personal Finance & Entrepreneurship   at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Schoolfor Business & received a certificate for each workshop.  { These workshops were free and open to the public. }  I have taken over 15 other workshops at other institutions such as theMoney School in New Castle & Newark, Delaware. I also received a certificate for taking a parenting class at the Salvation Army at 45th and market Street  in West Philadelphia. I received my Serv.Safe Certificate from the People’s Emergency Center on October of 2016, it is good for five years.) I have had at least three jobs as a sales person at stores includingMacy’s Sears, & Staples.  On a very limited budget, I saved & invested over $1,000.00 in the New York Stock Exchange with Fidelity Investments. Just a few weeks ago,   --  1  --  7  --  2019 – I re-applied for a job with The Mayor’s Commission on Aging in Center City Philadelphia; I also inquired about work at various stores located in my neighborhood including the Eat Café, where I filled out and turned in an application.  On February 25th, 2019 I took an application personally to Meriposa Food Co-Op at 49th and Baltimore Avenue.   I am also a loyal church-goer & strong believer in GOD & Jesus Christ who attends Unity Fellowship Christ church of Philadelphia with regularity.  Because of my financial hardship, my health has been called into question as I have NOT been able to afford the proper food that someone who is conscious and aware would want to eat while having high blood pressure.  ( The food they give away at church missions is high in salt, fat and items that are not recommended to eat such as white bread, pork, white milk and white flour.  P

Store Owner / Parent Companies /

I like Shop Rite & Fresh Grocer.

I like the fresh vegetables & Fruits especially. I also like the fresh meat like free-Range chicken, fresh ground turkey, & fresh lamb  - I rarely buy or eat lamb.
I like the fact that, in my neighborhood, you hire many Black youths who really need to develop a better work ethic.   I like the [ fact ] that the stores are kept clean & orderly. You even hire some Black managers which, frankly, I LOVe.
Now, I’m going to tell you somethings I really don’t like. I don’t like the fact that your stores & the federal & state government has seen fit to sell alcohol in your stores.  Let me repeat  --  I don’t like, at all, How you are now selling what my friends the Native Americans call Fire Water to People in your store.  There was a good, well-paying system in place in Pennsylvania of State Stores which provided good-paying union jobs & which was much better at making sure minor youth never bought Fire Water because such sales undermine their education & hinder them from thinking correctly and clearly for their vastly important studies. Alcohol is far too easy for Black People & Black youth to buy. Alcohol abuse doesn’t have to break up families, destroy futures, lead to illegal drug abuse & so forth. I want you to join me in expressing to the Black church where you have stores that our Black Youth don’t need to be buying beer, wine & stronger alcohol anywhere at all.  You need to GooGle  ``What alcohol Does to the human Body’’ & strongly consider taking sales out of the Super Markets. Meanwhile, I will be putting this letter on My Blog & sending hard copies to my congressman, my state Senator & my city council representative.  Our Black youths must listen & pay attention in school, not bring wine, beer, & other alcohol to school which is at the core of disobeying & disrespecting & disrupting our schools.  Such massive sales of alcohol are not R-E-S-P-E-C-T-F-U-L-L of our Black youth, our Black families & our Black Business Network, which also does not need to sell wine & beer or other alcoholic products at their store locations.
Another thing I really don’t like about the Super market is the fact that at any given store I & many other shoppers can spend as much as 5 minutes trying to pull the plastic fruit & vegetable bags apart. This is ridiculous! This ``process’’ is very frustrating & a waste of shopper’s time. If you take 5 minutes for each fruit or vegetable item you can see your sales productivity going right out the window.  Contact the bag producers & have them make the bags so that they pull apart more easily. I promise  you, I will write them also.  Something must be done about this immediately!  Please,  & I thank you.
The final thing I want you to do is stop jamming sodas, crappy processed baked goods, fattening cakes, brownies, & sugary cereals in the front of the store where people first come into the store. I have very much noticed that this is not done at super markets in White neighborhoods.  Black people who really don’t need to be buying such health-stealing items, don’t need to be relied upon to buy these items almost without thinking just because they are in the front of the stores.
The item about the plastic food bags, -- please don’t overlook this.  It is at the crux of why I wrote this letter in the first place. I understand that store productivity is very important if I want to see more Black youths hired by your stores. Believe me, I have been a successful advocate for Black People and Black youth for decades so this is very, very important to me. I just turned down an offer from a major been distributor for sponsorship of my corporation.  I did accept a Coco-Cola endorsement, but ONLY for the sugar-free sodas, not regular Coco-Cola or Diet Cola. I work very hard to be consistent, balanced, and fair.  Remember I started this letter by saying HOW much I appreciated the great things you are doing. This letter will be circulated on the NET & on my very popular Blog. If you feel I have been unfair to you, please call me at my small home office, and I will negotiate with you as to HOW I can change it for the better.  Forgive me if I have used harsh words here. I have not done the research, but the availability of alcohol is undoubtedly connected with our Black youth’s behavior problems and their ability to learn properly in school.  Availability of alcohol is also hindering our Black youth in area colleges and is fuel for the fires that inflame bad relations between police and the Black community. This letter is also set to go out to Black parent’s groups; Black community groups; Black fraternities and Black sororities; & Black churches.   I thank you for kindly reading this letter.

What is Turtle ISland? We Live There!

The United Snakes of America as Opposed to Turtle Island.

A friend of mine calls our country the United Snakes of America. I immediately took issue with Her because what this statement does is unify the enemies in our country as a force to attempt to take away our the Black progress we have made.  When you speak such words into the universe, you end up empowering people who are against you.  This is NOT a wise thing to do.

On the other hand, I call our country Turtle Island.  This is the term used for the United States of America that is used by Native People.  This unifies our country under its rightful owner – the Native American People, who were all but, at one point, almost exterminated from their own homeland, by invaders.   They were once forced to live on reservations and had to walk what was then called the Trail of Tears. This was their walking in a forced manner, across the country during brutal weather.  They lost hundreds of people that year.  But now, Native Americans have a bright future and own aver 30 Native American colleges, through the American Indian College Fund.  I am very proud of them because Native blood flows through the vanes of many African Americans.  They also own some casinos in this Turtle Island, and are making money to work towards getting their people fed, getting off of illegal drugs and alcohol, and finding a purpose to live for. Thank you for listening to me today.

Brother Tracy Charles Gibson…..

Harassment Ends Today

Dear, Senator Vincent Hughes; City Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown; & Congressman Dwight Evans:
I am Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson. You may know that I am a Black activist in the Black community with local, state-wide, national and international interests and concerns.  I work on such issues as Black youth issues like better education & better opportunities for physical exercise and sports; advocating for access to the arts, entertainment & high cultural events such as dance, film & movie showings, song, concerts,  etc. This access is for the general poor residents of Philadelphia and Black poor people. I also work in Public Relations,  Advertising & philanthropy and plan to continue giving sums of money back to other private,  public, non-profit and charitable organizations who work on Black issues & concerns.
Providing lectures and discussions on these subjects to the Black public & the general public.
I have faced a massive problem with running my company in the Black for the last 13 years since we were incorporated on December 18th, 2006.  We have been harassed by the federal government and discriminated against by local, state and federal governments and agencies; we have also applied for certain statuses with the City government of Philadelphia such as benefits for our corporations being run and owned by a disabled person – namely our parent company, Brother Tracy Gibson & Assoc., Inc., and our sixteen subsidiaries.  It is my hope and prayer that you can do something about this problem as I fully expect and anticipate to provide some 400 jobs in the Philadelphia area in the next three months. If I am hindered by such atrocious behaviors by governments, I am hindered in my important and vital work.  This message will be sent to three law firms that are helping me with my work by representing my corporate interests legally.  I thank you for the assistance you can offer.  I can be reached at 1 { 215 } 823 – 9985 during the work week and during regular work hours. Please leave me a message if I am not in my home office.

Why I Am a Republican -- Not the Reasons You Think

Why I Am a Republican – Not the Reasons You Think
By Tracy Charles Gibson

I, Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson, joined the Republican Party about two years ago for three major reasons.

1] As I was healing and recovering from depression and being treated for high blood pressure over the last 20 years, the Democratic Party never really took interests in me to help me find a viable job. { I have to admit that City Councilwoman Jannie L. Blackwell was the exception to the rule.  She actually sent out resumes and work requests for me several years ago, but I still could not find a job. }.  All I needed was about 20 hours a week of work, but it was not forthcoming. This frustrated me so I joined the Republican Party, partially in protest to the entrenched Democratic control of Philadelphia’s political system and Black voters.   In reading this, please note that I have a history of mental instability that has to be considered at any job I hold, but mostly I want to work for myself at my own company.  Most of the mental instability has stabilized itself after some 37 years of therapy and effective medications --  both of these effective healing elements { medications & therapy } I have successfully continued with.

2] I also joined the Republican Party because I feel the Republican Party, if stripped from its more extreme views, right-wing ideologies, hatefulness, and racism, is actually a more effective formation for success for Black people because the Republicans ``talk’’ about building a lucrative business foundation as opposed to relying of public works projects & social programs.  Like my Grandfather, Mr. Saint Clair Gibson, I want to see our Black people advance at business ownership, both small, middle sized and large businesses.  These businesses MUST be run properly & responsibly, be well-managed, be professional, & be unfettered by White, Arab, Asian or Latin interests, except where necessary and agreed upon, and have affordable, and have a top-flight Black security staff to protect us from harm and business interruptions.  We must also protect ourselves as Black business professionals and the Black businesses themselves from computer hacking, computer fraud, phone deceptions, mail fraud, government harassment, discrimination, and other social and or political concerns that are sometimes designed to stop Black businesses in their tracks.  In a nut shell, successful Black businesses running smoothly, are a much bigger asset and a much more effective stabilizing force in our Black community and among our Black people than social programs that are often washed away with elections, political bickering in Washington, on the state level, and of course, locally. Creating a source for Black jobs and Black financial self-sufficiency –individual and corporate sufficiency, -- is very important and has been proven to stabilize Black families, help our Black youth with their studies and with increasing good family values, and in helping us as Black people by creating balance and stability in Black churches, Black private schools, Black public schools and Black charter school. Turning towards a strong Black private business structure and way from unstable and fought-over public programs is a big plus for BLACK people, and many of us are learning this.

3] It cannot be stressed enough that the problems of racism, homophobia, transphobia, Xenophobia,  Islamophobia, sexism, discrimination against the disabled, awkward and outrageous religious  posturing, empty self-righteousness, are drawing  our Nation – which I call Turtle Island like the Native Americans call us --  dangerously close to  fanaticism and fascism.  These are real and present situations that the Republican Party must face head on, even as much of their established leadership plunges their heads in the sands and ignores such vital issues. On the world stage, the fight against Communism is still waged, even as Russia and Cuba are becoming viable trading partners with many dollars to share and invest in our country, our communities, and our Black people. Such trade must be supported, not curbed….   Such ideological political lines { Communism Vs. Capitalism }  are meaningless because what matters is if a country can feed Her people, & share in the rich human world experience, while using negotiation, cultural exchanges, educational exchanges, cooperation to gain from the natural human quest towards true freedom & economic stability. The world establishment of effective populist democracy can only gain from such honest and uncorrupted sharing of culture & financial wealth. Honest citizens want peace and honesty in our foreign policies and in the honest creation of such far-reaching, and decent government & individual policy considerations.  The fair payment of REPARATIONS must be part of this glorious puzzle, as well…  . Force and weaponry are outmoded, dangerous, and life threatening. Weapons must be, as late Radio Host Reggie Bryant of WURD and the Point says, weapons must be ``thrown into the ocean.’’   People should always come before money, and this is something the Republicans have yet to learn.  My feeling is Revolutionary & progressive Black People are just the right People to teach this lesson to the Republicans { & the Democrats } and this is also part of the reason I joined the Republican Party.
