Dear American Medical Association,
I Am not a doctor, but I Am very concerned today about some of my concerned [ today ] about some of my current – today’s – medical records that contain errors. Being a progressive Black political activist, I Am very concerned about the following errors on my medical records, just started earlier today. I recently changed from going to Drexel Medicine at 205 North Broad Street where I was treated by Doctor Joseph Boselli who was my doctor for over 30 years. Now I attend the public health clinic at 44th & Haverford.   Doctor Story who I have never met – is named as my general practitioner. I visited there in February and saw a Doctor Achmen or a Doctor Muhammed. I gave Him a full & complete list of my medications. I told Him I will need a new colonoscopy because the one I had most recently was inconclusive. I went to 44th & Haverford Avenue clinic for a routine checkup today  [ required before the new colonoscopy ] . They took my blood pressure today & I when I stood up the second time they took the blood pressure they got a better reading.  On the records it said I had a lower pressure sitting. A small mistake, but a mistake none-the-less. The attending Doc was Doctor Fatema  Ahmen. The notes also said I had ``coincident congestive heart failure’’. My father [ Mr. Charles Saint Clair Gibson ], died from complications of congestive heart failure & I do not have heart failure. Doctor Ahmen also wrote that I had a moderate episode of recurrent major depressive disorder today while I was at the office. I told her I have not been hospitalized with depression since 1999. I had an excellent day today. I bothered no one. I sat patiently for my appointment with the doctor. I had no such episode in the doctor’s office and am well aware of what I go through mentally, and it has been very smooth for quite some times, with a few bumps in the road, but no major episode.  I have enclosed a copy of the Doctor’s report for you to look at. I also told Her I was taking 4 medicines for blood pressure, She only wrote down two of them. A full list of my medications was given to the doctor in February. They had lost the list of medications. I don’t want to make a fuss, but being in a rather sensitive position as a Black activist makes me want to ensure all such records are kept accurately at all times.

I Am sending a copy of this letter to my political representatives in hopes that the health services in the public sector in Philadelphia can be wholly upgraded as all people, regardless of income level, deserve excellent health care.

Gratefully True,

Tracy Charles Gibson

The Guys

It is funny How men have a fit if they are called ``the girls’’ but women think it is OK to be call ``the guys’’ all the time in mixed company. Just sayin.

I know another Mac who can use some of that MONEY!

Mac Zuk-Burger’s Net Worth was put, today, MaRch 22, 2018-- at $66 Billion Dollars. Isn’t that a bit excessive? That is a bit excessive!  I think He is not a creative genius, but instead a fraud and a stingy thief.  But that’s just my uninformed opinion. You know what they say about opinions. Ever try to go to the bathroom without one?

an activists said today

Not only do we not want the Temple University area planed for North Philadelphia to be located somewhere else, we want it to go in RittenHouse Square. Another caller on WURD said there is some woodlands owned by Will SMith that would be perfect for the arena without all the huckabuck.

Chase Bank Foreclosure Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson.....

About My Foreclosure in 2010 Mr. Tracy Charles Gibson.

During the year 2010, I was foreclosed on from my house in New Castle, Delaware. The Bank was Chase Manhattan Bank. I applied for the mortgage with a private mortgage broker who marketed it to Chase. I know for sure now that this private broker was unscrupulous.  He projected that I would be able to earn enough money to pay the mortgage of $2,400.00 a month by finding a good job.  The job never materialized. [ Frankly, I could have looked harder, but I was focused on writing a very important book. ]  I should have never been allowed the mortgage in the first place as my present income at the time was under $1,300.00 a month. Our Banking system in this country of the United States is very corrupt & unscrupulous , but can easily be worked around if you are an aware investor and an aware & conscious consumer.

When I lost my beautiful home in New Castle, I had $80,000.00 in equity in the house. The value of the hoe was $333,000.00 when I purchased it. It was valued at less than $240,000.00 when it was foreclosed on. I had about a two-year window to take Chase Manhattan Bank to court over the seizure of my home, but I chose NOT to go to court. A  large part of the reason for my not taking the case to court is because I had a concern of depression & I think taking the case to court would have forced me to concentrate on the case instead of writing my articles & books & doing my community activism which, I know for sure, is very, very important to me. One thing that also concerns me about this case of seizure & foreclosure  is the fact that I was given three months to move my clothes, art work, adult movie and regular movie collection, etc. out but all I took out was my Che  & my computer. I left all the other items in the house. The art work alone  -- done by my dear sister Aziza Claudia Gibson Hunter  --  is valued at over $2,800.00. They are irreplaceable. The mental pain & anguish of losing my home obviously impacted on me to such a degree that I totally gave up on fighting for & properly valuing my property & possessions. I Am hoping & Praying that many kind-hearted Black celebrities will replace the $80,000.00 I lost in home equity, which was my life’s savings. This letter is also written to let the Black community at large and any Black investors who are interested know what type of losses I have suffered and  -- as Sister Maya Angelou says ``and still I rise.’’  I continue to fight for real justice, real freedom, real economic liberation & real Spiritual growth for myself & all Black people. I also paid thousands of dollars to a few people & agencies – including lawyers --  who professed to be able to help me totally avoid the foreclosure or get around it without such a loss in equity.

I Am Sending this letter as a registered letter to Chase Manhattan Bank.

Fresh, Clean Water for Africa Helps Us All

Fresh, Clean Water for Africa helps us All

Fresh clean, available water  --  pristine, crystal clear  -- bringing such water in Africa is at the root of bringing much greater health to Africa. Something we all want.

Where more clean water is available diseases are not allowed to flourish nearly as much.   Africans and the continent of Africa and thus the world, will be able to benefit a great deal  as more clean water gets to Africa because when more Africans are healthy, they become much less of a burden to charitable giving from the rest of the world and  the become more self-sustaining.,

As true Africans we want to see more health & vitality in our beautiful [ ``arewa’’ is beauty in Yoruba language of Nigeria  ] beautiful  land & among our beautiful Black African people.

On Sunday, give your toilet an extra clean flush for clean water in Africa!  This will help unite the people who care about Africa in Spirit.  God will help us bring clean water to Africa.  There is an organization called The Water Project which brings more clean water for Africa.   Click below for the video and to give.

Write me at home if you would like to send this e-mail to your friends. Remember, I LOVE you.  Please don’t just forward this message. This is very important.

Officer Abuse and How to Stop it. New Rules

The word for beauty in Yoruba language is ``arewa’’.//

Black Philadelphians are sick and tired of White officer night-stick justice.
The following are official recommendations from Brother Tracy Charles Gibson, Chief, founder  and President of Brother Tracy Gibson & Associates, Incorporated – to help the City of Philadelphia lessen officer abuse & to improve on Black community – Officer relations.
1 ] Allow the officer rank & file to create another Officer Union so they don’t have to automatically sign onto the White racism & White Supremacy of Lodge 5.
2 ] All Officers must take a mandatory 5 – month psychiatric training course  & sensitivity training course --  successfully completing a psychiatric & sensitivity test before becoming an officer. This test & course must be jointly devised by members of the Black community, the District Attorney’s Office, City Council,   Black Clergy, & The Officer’s Department.
3 ] A mandatory film produced by the Black community MUST be shown to all officers in active duty or about to become officers. This film is ``JT,’’  with Kevin Hooks., from 1969.
4 ] Part of the training is to talk about an officer’s duty to protect all Philadelphians and all citizens, not just the rich & not just the Capitalist order & not just White Businessmen and White-owned Business establishments.
5 ] White officers are to be asked on film ``Why do you think Black youth are killed more than White youth?’’  Their answers – on film – are to be part of the mandatory training for officers…,
6 ] 17 Black youth are to be filmed being asked & answering to ``Do you hate White officers & if so Why.’’  Watching this is also mandatory training.
7 ] Members of the Black community MUST have a major say so as to what art is in all Philadelphia officer’s stations including central command.
8 ] Members of the Latina & Latino community are to be asked on camera about why Latina & Latino children have not been or are not being zeroed in on as Black youth are .
9 ] An external independent investigation from the District Attorney’s Office must be held for each and every citizen shooting  by officers.
10 ] White & Black officers singing – on film -- ``I’ll always LOVe My Mama,’’ must be part of the sensitivity training. This film is to be shown throughout the city, at community centers and officer’s stations, churches, etc.
11 ] All instances of mis-conduct, bribes, abuses, and other excesses must be fully investigated and revealed to media including Black media.
12 ] A break-the-silence Blue code / confession hot line number is to be made available to all officers & officer administrators.
