Letter to Harry Belafonte

Dear Harry Belafonte:

I am in need of funds to fuel my corporate interests. I started my corporation on December 18th, 2006 and spent years before that on research. What we do is Capitalize revolution, changing progressive business interests into moving the Black race in a positive Way towards progressive change. We use well-thought-out Ways that are usually painless like buying from places that are not hostile to Black people, buying friendly stock and supporting Progressive Black businesses like mine & WURD Radio.  I know you personally don't have an enormous  financial blast port, but I'm hoping you can contact some of your friends to help me do what I need to do.  I need $50,000.00 for staff development.

Payroll for three months,

The people I will be hiring are, 1 ] Leonard E. Taylor who will work on developing 5 positive message Tee-Shirts ( See below ). Eventually the Socks 'n Jocks brand which needs further development will carry the shirts along with other items.  ( see below ).

•    Socks and Jocks –
a for-profit store aimed at providing the sale of men’s under ware, jocks straps, socks and Tee-Shirts in a festive, up-beat atmosphere where condoms and safe-sex information is also freely available. I would like to see the stores in 10 cities. We are a subsidiary of Brother Tracy Gibson and Associates, Incorporated.  This is not a ``Gay store’’ or a men’s store only. It will be open to women, girlfriends, boyfriends, lesbians, transpeople, wives, and the general over-20 community. It is past time to get past being squeamish about sex and sexual issues due to the numbers of men coming out of institutions who might be in need of such stores to help curb STD’s and AIDS/HIV in our Black communities. A percentage of profits will be channeled into education scholarship programs for Black youth who want to attend Black colleges.  Established funding from private sources will help create a level of professionalism, accountability, public disclosure, decorum, and decency for this company that is often lacking in far too many of our Black businesses and corporate efforts to date.

2 ] Ms Charlotte Harris will be on staff to advocate for the Black Women's Advocacy Film Project ( See Mission Statement Below ). She is a great friend & has served as a Board member of my corporation. Mission Statement
