# 1 Union of Black Contractors , Black Construction Workers & Black Construction Firms..

We are dedicated to:

** Take on Better values as Black Craftsmen, Black Craftswomen, Black Journeymen and Black Journeywomen.

** Provide leadership for young Black men and young Black women.

** Always provide a fair price for work and do a great job on all jobs and contracts.

** Attend and complete trade schools to learn our craft the absolute best we can.

** Support Black media through buying advertising space in Black publications, Black newspapers, Black media outlets, Black blogs, & Black radio.

** Provide a friendly, tolerant & strong voice in advocating for Progress for the Black community.

** Support our Black children and Black youth in their educational progress, regardless of what field of study they go into.

** Provide ethical, moral and economic leadership and assistance for the entire Black community.

** Provide hands-on training for Black youth in the construction, business and Real Estate trade.

** Encourage our Black youth and the rest of the Black family to attend Mosque, Church or another religious or Spiritual Institution to gain positive Spiritual guidance & join a ``church home’’ and become better People in the eyes of the Lord Our Creator.
